Who is P.U.R.E?

Positive Unify Resources Education (P.U.R.E) Youth Group is an organization focused on bettering the community by working within various platforms to assist minors trapped in disadvantaged socio-economic nightmares not of their own making. Those bullied, abused, violated, alienated, depressed, discouraged, disillusioned youth that society pretends only exists as statistical abstraction. Those that has been labeled as destined for street gang affiliation, teen pregnancy, educational dropouts, drug addicted, incarcerated or soon to be, and on their way to a premature death.

P.U.R.E reaches out to these untouchables and salvages them out from the cycles of domestic abuse, street violence and institutionalized bullying by providing a second, third, fourth, firth change at the American dream.

Our Mission

Dedicated to help young people build character, healthy relations, and learn coping skills to develop leaders of tomorrow.

Our Vision

We conclude by rescuing the children, the family is preserved, by preserving the family, the community is strengthened, by strengthening the community, society is better and by bettering society, we all benefit.

How does P.U.R.E do it?

Outreach: Troubled youth have little interest in formal behavioral corrective forums. P.U.R.E engages the youth creatively, through self-evaluating but heartwarming upbeat stories, vividly brought to life onstage. Our stage plays employ powerful theatrics to captivate youthful audiences while seamlessly weaving our message of contemporary societal issues into the storyline.

Counseling: At the venue of each stage play, our experience crisis resolution counselors stand ready to share with any member of the audience that feels the need to unburden themselves or receive friendly advice on toxic issues concerning domestic abuse, street violence, and bullying.

Mentoring: P.U.R.E is more than just a production show. It is a lifestyle of relationship we seek to establish with any at-risk youth and their family members to break the cycle of violence and abuse at the source. This is our why. Our dedicated staffers follow up with our youth network until they graduate into a state of self-reliance, at which time they simply become, well…friends.

P.U.R.E is pleased to state that several members of our stage cast are in fact volunteers that were original part of our youth network. One element of how we pay it forward in our serviced community.
